I come from a very modest upbringing, raised by parents who believed deeply in education, discipline, and dreaming beyond circumstances. They pushed my brother, sister, and me to work hard, stay grounded, and believe that where we started did not define where we could go.

That foundation shaped my entire journey.

I began my career as a middle school math and science teacher, where I learned that growth isn’t magic, it’s method. The hardest step is always moving from the floor to the first rung. Progress comes from learning the fundamentals, applying them consistently, evaluating results, and repeating the process.

From the classroom, I transitioned into the enterprise IT and technology space, starting at the ground level and working my way into leadership roles at some of the largest global technology companies. Over time, I’ve led large, globally distributed teams, driven complex transformations, and helped organizations modernize legacy systems, scale globally, and connect technology investments to real business outcomes.

My work has taken me across the world, collaborating with diverse teams and cultures. These experiences reinforced a simple truth: talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not—and leadership is about helping close that gap.

None of this journey happened alone. My wife has been a constant, rock-solid source of encouragement and support, pushing me forward while keeping me grounded. Together, we’ve raised our son and daughter with the same values that shaped my own path, hard work, humility, and belief in what’s possible.

Today, I work at the intersection of AI, enterprise data, and large-scale transformation, helping organizations apply advanced technology in practical, human-centered ways. At the core of everything I do is a belief that growth follows a formula, and my passion is helping others take that first step up the ladder with clarity and confidence.
